Jiang Tianliang is an Associate Professor at the School of Fine Arts, Nanjing Normal University. She received her B.A. in French Studies from Nanjing University, and later obtained a B.A. and an M.A. in Art History from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Ph.D. in Art Theory from Nanjing University. Her research focuses primarily on the history of modern and contemporary Chinese art.
She has served as the principal investigator of research projects funded by the Jiangsu Provincial Social Science Fund and the Jiangsu Provincial Education Science “13th Five-Year Plan.” She has also participated in several research projects supported by the Ministry of Education, the Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province, and other institutions. She has published extensively in academic journals, including Journal of Nanjing Arts University (Fine Arts & Design), Jiangsu Higher Education, and Art Studies. Several of her articles have been reprinted in full by the Information Center for Social Sciences, Renmin University of China.
