Chengyi Song, male, has a PhD in management. He is a master tutor and associate professor of Business School of Nanjing Normal University. He mainly engaged in human resource management research. His mentor Zhao Yongle is the vice president of the China Institute of personnel, who is a famous scholar of China. he served as chairman of the China human resources development and Research Association, the chairman of the Committee of experts. He's a reviewer for the ‘Advances in Economics and Business’. He is the ‘enterprise human resource management’ business process oriented initiator. His research results has obtained third-prize Jiangsu province of the eleventh excellent achievements in philosophy and social science and The 2011 Annual National key research project of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. He has co authored 3 publications and 1 translation works. In addition, 33 papers have appeared in the national authoritative journals and CSSCI Retrieval Journals, and three of his article has been reproduced by the NPC copy. He has presided over one of the Youth National Social Science Fund Project and Jiangsu provincial project.
