Bio

Junhong Bai, graduate advisor, professor, director of the Department of Economy and International Trade    , deputy dean of School of Business. Bai finished his PhD in 2010 from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in Management Science and Engineering and has been served in School of Business, Nanjing Normal University since then. He was promoted to associate professor in 2012 and professor in 2016. Bai was selected as one of the outstanding young backbone teachers in "Blue Project" of Nanjing Normal University in 2012, and that of Jiangsu Province in 2014. Bai has also been selected as a member of Nanjing Normal University’s “One Hundred Young Leading Talents” plan in 2015 and the third grade cultivation object of “333 Project” in 2016.

Professor Bai has dedicated to the research on Regional Innovation, Technological Innovation, Governments’ Technical Funding and Analysis of Efficiency and Productivity and has achieved abundant results.
