Bai has dedicated to the research on Regional Innovation, Technological Innovation, Governments’ Technical Funding and Analysis of Efficiency and Productivity and has achieved abundant results. Bai has conducted and completed a number of projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and received 4 provincial level scientific research awards and 5 municipal level awards. Bai was selected as a member of Nanjing Normal University’s “One Hundred Young Leading Talents” plan in 2015 and the third grade cultivation object of “333 Project” in 2016.
