Zhen Pan is a member of China Democratic National Construction Association. He has the title of Ph.D., professor and doctoral supervisor. Professor Pan has been working in Nanjing Normal University Business School since 2001, and had served as the Associate Dean of School of Business from 2006 to 2015. Since November 2015, he has served as the Dean of Business School.

Professor Pan now mainly engages in teaching and researching work in the area of strategic management, international enterprise management and foreign direct investment. He is the member of Academy of Management (AoM), Academy of International Business (AIB) and International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR), He is also the director of the Financial Engineering and Management Institute of Nanjing Normal University. He is the author and co-author of more than 50 papers and 4 books. His articles have published in journals such as Management World, Journal of World Economy and China Industrial Economics. He was also selected to be the participants of “333 Project” and “Blue Project” in Jiangsu Province. He has also achieved lots of awards such as the Excellent Achievements in Philosophy and Social Science of Jiangsu Province and Excellent Postgraduate Courses.
