Bio: 

Zhisong Chen is an associate professor at Business School, Nanjing Normal University. He joined the Business School, Nanjing Normal University in December 2011, after he got his Ph.D. of Management Science and Engineering in 2011 and Bachelor degree of Information Management and Information System in 2006 from Hohai University, respectively. He was a visiting Ph.D. student at Department of Industrial Engineering & Logistics Management, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, from November 2009 to January 2010. He was a joint-training Ph.D. student sponsored by the China Scholarship Council, at Department of Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, during September 2010-September 2011. He worked as a Post-Doc. At DareGlobal Tech. Co., Ltd., during March 2013-December 2015.

His main research interests include Supply Chain Management, Resources Economics and Management. He has published more than twenty papers in major academic journals, such as Renewable Energy, Journal of Renewable and Sustainable Energy, Water Resources Management, Naval Research Logistics, Transportation Journal, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Chinese Journal of Management Science, Journal of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, etc. He has been as a case-reviewer for China Management Case-sharing Center, and reviewer for the journals of Supply Chain Management: an International Journal, Water Resources Management, International Journal of Water Resources Development, Applied Energy, etc. He has been a member of System Engineering Society of China. He has taken charge of or participated in a number of national, provincial research projects and enterprises research projects. He has won the National Excellent Management Case Award (2013), the First Prize of Innovation achievements of Enterprise Management Modernization in Jiangsu Province(2013), etc.
