Leture:inorganic solid conversion synthesis chemistry of electrocatalysts

Professor Zhang bing from Tianjin University was invited by College of chemistry and materials science, national local joint engineering research center and biomedical functional materials collaborative innovation center in jiangsu province to give a academic report to teachers and students in related fields.The report was successfully held at 226, huaxing building at 10.a.m on June 11.

Zhang bing, professor of TianJin university, doctoral supervisor of.In July, 2007,He got a doctor's degree in university of science and technology of China , and then worked in the department of chemistry, school of science, TianJin university.2007.7-2008.8 postdoctoral research in university of Pennsylvania;2008.8 ~ 2009.7 Humboldt scholar of Max Planck colloid and interface in Germany;In August, 2009, He returned to work in the department of chemistry, school of science, TianJin university.After the establishment of an independent group in the department of chemistry,His research work mainly force on inorganic solid conversion and synthesis chemistry and energy catalysis.Since 2012, the corresponding author has published more than 60 papers in acc. Chem. Res., Chem. Soc. Rev., Chem, j. Am. Chem. Soc. (Angew.Chinese chemical society youth chemistry award (2012), selected by the ministry of education in the new century talents program (2012), national excellent green (2014, concluding the excellent), the first batch of ministry of education of the youth of the Yangtze river scholar (2015), tianjin science and technology innovation talents of middle-aged and young (2016), the first batch of tianjin all the (2017), the third batch of national "ten thousand project" young talent (2018) and the royal chemical society (2019), and by the German author applied chemistry column is introduced.He is a member of the crystal chemistry committee of the Chinese chemical society, a member of the award and recommendation committee of the Chinese chemical society, and a member of the young chemical workers committee of the Chinese chemical society.

Professor Zhang bing briefly introduced the basic concept of interface transformation and synthesis of solid catalytic materials, the report mainly covers following three parts: precise regulation of single structural variable of materials, coordinated regulation of different structural variables of materials, in situ analysis of active species and theoretical simulation.Through innovation and development of solid material interface conversion chemistry, his research group can precisely control single structural variable of materials. The continuous multi-step solid-liquid interface ion exchange reaction enable them to coordinately control the "electron-defect-porous" structure of heterogeneous materials. They designed the synthesis model catalytic materials by using solid material interface conversion synthesis chemistry, and the active species in the catalytic process are understood by means of in-situ Raman spectroscopy and theoretical simulation, which provides a new idea for rational design of catalytic materials. In addition, professor Zhang bing also shared his own scientific research experience,he also encouraged everyone to be brave and innovative. After the report, professor zhang bing had a idea exchange and discussion with the teachers and students present.
