The 7th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Security (ICAIS) co-sponsored by our school was successfully held on July 19-23, 2021. This conference was hosted by Dublin City University, Ireland. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the conference was held in the form of Zoom online.  Our school is one of the organizers of this conference, and Dean Professor Genlin Ji was invited to be the organization chair. Our college won the excellent organization award of this conference.  

 

The conference lasted for 3 days, with 4 keynotes and 8 excellent paper reports, covering big data, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, network security, new media, quantum computing, information hiding, privacy protection, etc. Researchers from all over the world had constructive discussions on many hot topics and experienced ‘screen-to-screen interactive communication.

 

The ICAIS is an important academic conference in international artificial intelligence and network security, which has received extensive attention from researchers. The conference received more than 2500 submissions, including more than 20 submissions of our school. Among them, the paper of Zhen Xu from the Big Data Analysis and Mining Group (Professor Ji Genlin is the corresponding author) won the “Best Paper Award" (10 best papers).

 

The 8th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Security, ICCAS 2022, will be held in Xining, Qinghai, China, in July 2022.
