From November 7 to November 8, 2020, the 4th China Computer Practice Education Academic Conference and the 13th National College Computer Practice Teaching Forum (CPEC2020) were held in Hefei. The theme of the conference is "Artificial Intelligence and the Innovation of Computer Practice Education". The conference discussed the integration and sharing of high-quality computer experiment teaching resources, the construction of computer practice experiment platform, the cultivation of computer practice ability, the integrated education of production and education, and the construction of computer practice experiment education connotation.

In order to improve the university teachers’ experimental teaching level, the forum organized the selection of the national excellent cases of experimental teaching of computer courses. The experimental teaching case "Fundamentals of Computer System Course Series Experimental Design" submitted by Peiming Bao, Ying Li, and Chao Tan won the first prize of the Fifth National Computer Course Experimental Teaching Case Design Competition. Teacher Peiming Bao made a presentation on the excellent experimental case exchange forum, which expanded the social influence of NNU’s experimental teaching.

Teacher Bao has devoted himself to undergraduate teaching for many years, helping young teachers grow rapidly. This first prize is the result of long-term practice and by teachers such as Peiming Bao, Ying Li and Chao Tan.
