Research Interests

Research interests focus on modeling, analyzing and mining of terrain surface for geomorphology, geography and hydrology, including geomorphologic cartography, topographic features extraction, terrain information mining, hydrological analysis, topographical climate simulation, Urban 3d- morphology analysis, etc. This work mainly based on digital elevation model (DEM), remote sensing images and field surveys.
