On May 19, 2023, the sixth "Housheng Lecture" was held in Room 416 of Yifu Building, Nanjing Normal University.

Cai Jianping, the senior accountant of State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Company, was invited to give a lecture titled "Financial Accounting in the New Era of AI". The lecture was hosted by Professor Feng Sixian, Vice Dean of Ginling College. Professor Yang Xiongsheng, Distinguished Dean of Ginling College, teachers from the Department of Accounting and Financial Management, and all the first-year graduate students attended the lecture.

In the lecture, Cai gave a clear exposition to challenges as well as opportunities awaiting the accounting personnel in the new era of AI and answered questions raised by the audience concerning frontier accounting issues. With Professor Yang Xiongsheng’s concluding words, the lecture came to a successful end.
