To promote high-quality employment for graduates, further deepen the cooperation between university and bank in talent cultivation, and broaden the employment channels for graduates, Ginling College/Sociology College/Accounting College started a special activity named "enterprises visit and job position expansion".On August 1,Ginling College’s President Feng Sixian, Deputy Party Secretary Feng Ning, Vice President Chen Ming and related teachers visited the Nanjing Branch of Industrial Bank, as the first step.

Firstly, the President Feng Sixian expressed gratitude to the Nanjing Branch of Industrial Bank for the long-term support and cooperation. He introduced that Ginling College has a complete talent cultivation system, an optimized professional structure, and a distinctive education-running model. He hoped that, in the future, both parties can continuously deepen cooperation in areas such as talent cultivation, practical teaching, joint construction of the Party building, projects research , think tank cooperation, and brand promotion, and achieve more outcomes in conducting high-quality Party building work, serving social development, precisely matching industry demands, and studying innovative cases.

The vice manager of Nanjing Branch Chen Lei expressed his sincere gratitude to Ginling college for providing a large number of high-quality talents over the years. He introduced that currently, Industrial Bank is committed to building four business cards: green bank, investment bank, wealth bank and technological finance . He hoped Ginling College and Nanjing Branch could establish deeper cooperation and welcome outstanding graduates to intern and work at Industrial Bank.

The Deputy Party Secretary Feng Ning proposed constructive suggestions on future cooperation in Party building demonstration and leadership, talent recruitment and internships, and social services provided by university teachers and students. By introducing the measures and work on cultivating innovative and compound economic talents Ginling College had done,the Vice President Chen Ming expressed the wish on strengthening cooperation with Industrial Bank in economic talent cultivation so as to meet the needs of the country and society.

Then,the member of the Party Committee Yang Suping introduced the situation and achievements of college’s social services. She expressed that in the future, both sides could continue to strengthen cooperation to empower cultural dissemination and enterprise development. The director of the Center of Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) program Liu Bo introduced the associated situation on fostering accounting professionals and hoped both parties could become important partners in talent cultivation in the future.

The assistant to general manager of the Nanjing Branch Yang Ping said that they would continue to explore multi-level Party building cooperation models with Ginling College and the Nanjing Normal University to benefit the development of both the NNU and the Industrial Bank. The general manager of the Human Resources Department of Nanjing Branch Li Qi said that Nanjing Normal University has always been an important source of talent for their branch and hoped that more and more outstanding graduates would choose Industrial Bank.

This "Enterprise Visit and Job Position Expansion" special activity not only forged a bridge from campus to the workplace for graduates but also broke through information barriers through precise matching, further expanding high-quality employment channels.
