Food Engineering Technology Center

As a provincial center for practical education, Food Engineering Technology Center of Nanjing Normal University is in partnership with Nanjing Yurun Food Co., Ltd., Nanjing Weigang Dairy Co., Ltd, and Jiangsu Agricultural Products Processing Center under Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences. This has made it possible to cultivate students’ practical abilities in workshops and research and development areas through more complementary services, thus being able to meet the needs of various jobs at different levels.

  The center provides experimental courses, research training and engineering practice for undergraduates in fields of food science and engineering, food quality and safety, biological engineering, marine resources development technology and other related fields, the amount of work completed every year up to 17640 man hours. Relying on its disciplinary advantages and research capacity, the center has set a good example in promoting research-based teaching with the timely introduction of research findings to teaching content.
