On the afternoon of November 3, Professor Zhou Qingqing, lecturer and master's supervisor of our college, member of social media processing professional committee of Chinese Information Association of China and communication member of CIPS information retrieval special committee, presented an academic lecture entitled "automatic identification of user needs and preferences" in classroom 401 of Xuezheng building. Due to the high enthusiasm of students, the lecture was conducted in two forms: online and offline At the same time. The lecture is mainly divided into four parts: research background, introduction to user research based on automatic question answering, related applications and future work.
First of all, by comparing the traditional questionnaire survey and the automatic question and answer survey, Mr. Zhou summed up four shortcomings of the traditional questionnaire survey: long research cycle, difficult to obtain data, difficult to accurately locate users and high cost, low cost of automatic Q & A, long time span of the research object, strong pertinence of the research object, ability to face a large number of users and comments, and has the characteristics of high cost The five advantages of dynamic analysis technology. This paper introduces the four steps of sentiment classification based on the questionnaire, and then introduces the four steps of sentiment classification.
In order to let students have a deeper understanding, Mr. Zhou selected the application of automatic question and answer survey in tourism, shopping and catering, and listed a series of relevant data and charts to make the explanation more intuitive and vivid.
Finally, Mr. Zhou Qingqing pointed out the problems that still need to be solved in the future, namely, the optimization of QA technology, the optimization of emotion analysis technology, and the improvement of the quantity and quality of reviews.
