Basic Information

Li Lee, Professor and PhD Candidate Supervisor, born in 1955, Feicheng in Shandong province, Party member of CPC(Communist Party of China).

Academic Title

Member, Standing Council of Economic Law Society of China Law Society;

President, Economic Law Society of Jiangsu Law Society.

Research Projects

Since 1980s, presided, participated and achieved in the key research projects:

Study on the legal system of macroeconomics-manipulation, Ninth Five-Year Plan of the Projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China.

Historical process of the modernization of Chinese legal system, Eighth Five-Year Plan of the Projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China.

Study on the legal system of the modern Chinese socialist market economy, Ninth Five-Year Plan of the Major Projects of Philosophy and Social Science Research of Jiangsu Province, etc.

Honors and Awards

Rules of evidence in a criminal trial(Studies in Law and Business, the 4th issue, 2001) won second prize of Outstanding Achievement Award of Ministry of Justice.

Reasonable standard of interpretative theory, pragmatics and legal fact(Journal of Legal Studies, the 5th issue, 2002) won the third prize of Outstanding Achievement Award of Philosophy and Social Science Research Projects of Jiangsu Province.

The monograph Study on the legal system of macroeconomics-manipulation won the third prize of Outstanding Achievement Award of Philosophy and Social Science Research Projects of Jiangsu Province.

The PhD thesis Law of civil contract in qing dynasty won the national best paper award for the best doctoral thesis in 2005.
