Xiaoyan Ma, female, nationality of Han, was  born in Nantong of Jiangsu Province.In 1985 she graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law . She is an Associate Professor, Dean Assistant of Nanjing Normal University and the Vice Chairman of Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Law Association. Her research interests include Intellectual Property Law, Civil and Commercial Law.
