Jin Xin is a lecturer in Nanjing Normal University School of Law, who is also a laboratory technician in Jiangsu Law Laboratory Centre, a surveyor in Nanjing Normal University Centre of Forensics Science, and an engineer of appraisal of justice for material evidence. Jin was graduated from SouthWest University of Political Science and Law School of Criminal Investigation in 2005, having got a Bachelor of Engineering in Forensic Science. He was then graduated from SouthWest University of Political Science in 2008, having got a master’s degree in procedural law.
Jin’s research mainly focuses on theories and practice of forensics science and education of legal science practice. More than ten academic essays have been issued, and some representative ones of them are: <The Present Situation and Future of Institutions of Forensic Science in Universities>, <A Brief Discussion of Solutions to Conflicts between Conclusions of Forensic Science>, <The Essentials and Rules in Evaluation of Laser engraving stamp printed text>, <Operating Procedures and Techniques of the Technical Replication of the Original Documents>, <The Research of Soft Environmental Construction of Law Laboratories in Colleges and Universities>, and<Pattern Exploration and Construction Process of the System of Judicial Authentication Aid in China>.
Jin had taken charge of a project called ‘Research on Judicial Appraisal and Legal Assistance’ from 2013 to 2016, which was initiated and supported by Jiangsu Ministry of Education. In 2010, Jin earned the 3rd Class Award of Excellent Paper, in the 1st Workshop for Identification documentsin Yangtze River Delta. In 2013, Jin earned the Annual Award of Excellent service of 2013 in Nanjing Normal University. In 2014, Jin earned the Annual Award of Advanced Individual in Standardized Construction of Judicial AppraisalInstitutions in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2013.
