Zhiwen Liang is Professor of Law at Law School of Nanjing Normal University; before joining Nanjing Normal University, he taught at South China Normal University, served successively as Professor of Law (2013.12-2015.3), Associate Professor of Law (2008.12-2013.11) and Lecturer of Law (2004.7-2008.11).
Professor Liang received his PhD. (Intellectual Property) from IP School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2011, his LL.M (Jurisprudence) was from Law School of Hunan Normal University in 2003, and worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Science from 2011 to 2013.
Professor Liang is a leading expert in intellectual property Law and is the author of three books and 101 articles on these and related subjects, his articles were published in famous Chinese journals (including China Legal Science, The Jurist, Law Science & Science of Law) and SSCI journals (including Journal of the Copyright Society of USA, International Review of Intellectual Property and Competition Law & Queen Mary Journal of Intellectual Property). He teaches intellectual property law, internet law, patent law, trademark law and copyright law.
