On April 16th, 2021, at the invitation of the Molecular and Cellular Institute, professor Dianliang Wang gave an academic report entitled "Stem cell medicine and related technologies" in the round conference room of the college of life sciences. During his talk, professor Wang systematically introduced the discovery of stem cells，the development of stem cell medicine and introduced related technologies for stem cell therapy.

Professor Dianliang Wang is an adjunct professor at several universities, author and chief science communication expert of the China Association for Science and Technology.He has edited and published 26 scientific monographs and won many national and international book awards.Responsible for and presided over the compilation of "Cell Engineering" of Encyclopedia of China (third edition).33 national invention patents have been applied, of which 26 have been authorized.
