In order to celebrate the 120th Anniversary of Nanjing Normal University, a series of lecture reports were held in School of Life Sciences. The fourth lecture was successfully held via Tencent Meeting on the morning of May 27, 2022. Prof. Xuan LIU, from Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was invited to give an academic talk entitled “Ecological Impacts and Early Prevention of Alien Terrestrial Vertebrate Invasions”. The talk was hosted by Professor Hong LI. Many teachers and postgraduates from School of Life Sciences participated this talk.

In this talk, Prof. Liu explained biodiversity loss caused by invasive alien terrestrial vertebrates and early prevention of invasion risk. At the end of this talk, Prof. Liu shared further experience with teachers and students. The faculties and students benefited a lot from this excellent talk.
