- Vertebrate diversity, distribution, and conservation
- Island biogeography and community assembly
Dr. Chuanwu Chen is an Associate professor in the Department of Animal Genetic Resources at Nanjing Normal University. He is interested in extinction vulnerability and metacommunity assembly of vertebrates at regional (China) and global scales. He currently works in the research fields of the extinction risk patterns of terrestrial vertebrates and the island syndrome within Zhoushan islands, the largest archipelago of China.
