  • Cell biology, Pathophysiology, Systems biology
  • The regulation of Non-coding RNAs, including microRNAs and lncRNAs, in complex diseases, especially in metabolic diseases.
  • Integrate datasets and study them at systems level using bioinformatics, biostatistics and systems biology methods.
