On the evening of October 27, 2021, the ninth "Reading Meeting" of the School of Marxism was successfully held in Xingmin Building 540. The theme of this issue of the "Reading Meeting" is "The Centennial Exploration of the Chinese Communist Party Leading the People to Escape Poverty". It was hosted by Teacher Wang Zhiqiang, and Teacher Liu Yanan from the School of Marxism served as the judge. The two reviewing teachers gave meticulous comments on the reports of the above four students and combined their own academic research experience to provide methodological guidance on thesis writing. Professor Wang Zhiqiang focused on how to write a good interdisciplinary paper, how to determine the title of the paper, and how to use the research methods combining ancient and modern Chinese and foreign research. Teacher Liu Yanan reminded students that they should always be aware of problems when reading journal papers and combine original knowledge with expanded knowledge when writing papers.
