In the afternoon of December 21, 2019, the 56th "Zhengde forum" hosted by the school of Marxism of Nanjing Normal University was successfully held in Xingmin building 542. The topic of this lecture is "how to learn", which was hosted by Professor Li Zhongjie, former deputy director of the Party History Research Office of the CPC Central Committee, doctoral supervisor, and Professor Wang Gang, Dean and doctoral supervisor of the school of Marxism of Nanjing Normal University. Undergraduates, postgraduates and some teachers of our college attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the lecture, Professor Wang Gang gave a brief introduction to Professor Li Zhongjie and warmly welcomed him. In this lecture, Professor Li combined with his own learning and teaching experience, from how to read, how to make notes, how to determine the topic of the dissertation and how to write official documents, he taught the teachers and students the specific methods of learning, which benefited them a lot.
First of all, according to how to read, Professor Li put forward five reading methods: basic reading, intensive reading, comparative reading, search reading and interest reading. Among them, Professor Li emphasized that comparative reading is the most important reading method. He pointed out that comparative reading is to compare the chapters and contents of several textbooks on the same issues, find out their advantages and disadvantages, and make learning a kind of research. Secondly, on how to take notes, Professor Li introduced three types of notes: learning notes, history notes and inspiration notes, and introduced each of them. Then, Professor Li combined with his teaching experience to tell you how to determine the topic of the dissertation. He stressed that the topic selection of the paper should be determined as early as possible so as to grasp the key points in the learning process. In addition, Professor Li also put forward some suggestions for the selection of the topic of the paper, that is, it should be combined with the original knowledge base and future work direction, and consider whether the topic has academic value and feasibility. Finally, in view of the problem of how to write official documents, Professor Li, combined with his own experience, tells us the direct and deep-seated reasons why the new graduates can't write official documents, and briefly introduces the types of official documents.
At the end of the lecture, Professor Wang Gang made a brilliant summary of the lecture, believing that the lecture included "full of dry goods", "real experience" and "real teaching", and gave a high degree of affirmation and heartfelt thanks to Professor Li's lecture. In this lecture, Professor Li's vivid and vivid explanation was highly praised by the teachers and students present, showing his profound academic foundation, serious academic attitude and rich teaching experience. At the same time, Professor Li also provides method guidance for the future academic research of teachers and students, and leads the students of Ma academy to strive to climb the academic peak.
