Bio:

Dr. Hu Chuan-Peng is currently a professor at the School of Psychology, Nanjing Normal University. After getting his Ph.D. degree at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2017, he worked as a postdoc at the Leibniz Institute for Resilience Research (LIR), Mainz, Germany until October 2020. His research interest includes metascience, Bayesian modelling, and self-cognition. Chuan-Peng was the first ambassador of the Center for Open Science in East Asia and initiated the Chinese Open Science Network (COSN), a grassroots network for promoting reproducibility in the Chinese research community (see open-sci.cn for more). As a supporter of open sciences, he actively participates in large-scale international collaborative projects.
