Brain Cognition Experimental and Theoretical Research Center

Brain Cognition Experimental and Theoretical Research Center, now a key research institution of liberal art at NNU, was established in 2005. The Institution Director: Professor Benyu Guo. The center is positioned as discipline development-oriented research institution. It is based on the actual social and economic developmental demand of our country, especially of Jiangsu Province, the domestic and foreign developmental trend of psychology and the advantages and features of the discipline of psychology at NNU. It mainly covers three research orientations: Theoretical Psychology and History of Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychological Evaluation. The center has 21 full and part-time researchers (16 full-timers and 5 part-timers), including 13 professors, 8 associate professors, 10 doctoral supervisors, 21 supervisors for master’s degrees and 20 of them are doctorates.
