9On the afternoon of February 2, the opening ceremony of Grade 2019 undergraduates of the Academy of Literature was held in the East Reporting Hall of Jingwen Library, Xianlin Campus, Nanjing Normal University.Yu Qiong, Party Secretary, President Gaofeng, Vice President Yinping, Vice President Liu Zhiquan, Vice President Liang Dandan, Vice President Wang Xiaobin and Vice Secretary Zhang Peng attended the meeting.The meeting was presided over by Zhang Peng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College.At the beginning of the meeting, all the participants stood up and sang the national anthem.

At the ceremony, President Gao Feng first delivered a speech to congratulate and welcome all the new students of Grade 2019 on behalf of the Academy of Literature.President Gao introduced the history and current situation of the College of Literature, and expected the freshmen to fully grasp the good educational resources, constantly increase their knowledge, and exercise their ability of independent thinking and rational judgment.He stressed that students should not only not lose their personality, but also be able to integrate into the collective harmony, and grow into a better self in friendly interaction with teachers and students.President Gao Feng's brilliant speech won applause from his classmates.

Yu Qiong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy of Literature, and Gaofeng, Dean of the Academy of Literature. Party Yinping, Liang Dandan, Liu Zhiquan and Wang Xiaobin, Deputy deans of the Academy of Literature, attended the event.More than 40 postgraduate tutors and 244 postgraduates gathered to kick off the new semester.

 

At 2:30 p.m., in the solemn national anthem, the ceremony officially began.First of all, President Gao Feng of the Academy of Literature delivered a speech.On behalf of the School of Literature, Nanjing Normal University, President Gao extended a warm welcome to the new graduate students of Grade 2019.From the origin of "Suiyuan", President Gao displayed the profound connotation of the Academy of Arts for the students.
