Viewing Chinese Culture from Xinjiang Cultural Heritage

On the morning of June 12, 2019, at the invitation of Professor Li Tianshi, the researcher of the Party Committee and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of World Religions of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Zhao Wenhong, conducted a lecture entitled “From Xinjiang Culture” to the graduate students in the 213 conference room of Building 400 of the School of Social Development. Mr. Zhao Wenhong is a well-known scholar in the field of world history research in China. He is currently the party secretary, deputy director and researcher of the Institute of World Religions of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the executive vice president of the Chinese Religious Society. He is mainly engaged in the study of the ancient medieval history of the world and the early history of modern times. His masterpieces include "The Development of Private Property Rights System", "Research on the British Commons System", and "Ancient Western Concepts on People".

Mr. Zhao combined the field experience of the Sino-Kazakh border with the Xinjiang Sentry Corps to tell us vividly about the spirit of patriotism and the spirit of martial arts in Chinese culture. The lectures show the photos taken during the inspection, such as the quasi-Gerling Mingge mountaineering monument, the Bingtuan post, the border, and the Sino-Kazakh border. He emphasized that we need to inherit and carry forward the spirit of Chinese culture that loves the big picture and brave and enterprising, do our own work, and make the whole nation more energetic and energetic.
