In this summer holiday, the natural disaster of torrential rainstorm occurred in Henan province, and the risk of Covid-19 outbreaks existed in many places across the country. Facing the multiple challenges, counselors and head teachers of every grade in our school were very concerned about their students, who were spending the summer holiday all over the country. They actively used various methods to care and help students.

Counselors and head teachers mastered dynamic changes through the exact information collection, resolved practical difficulties through the regular dormitory visit, and sent students warm care through the online communication. Besides, in order to carry forward the spirit of “caring students”, strengthen the school-home connection and help freshmen adapt to the college life, our school held the online home visit “Send love through the screen & Connect minds by making video calls” for new undergraduates on August 20.

During the summer holiday, facing many uncertainties caused by Covid-19 and the torrential rainstorm, our school actively explored the methods of student education management, and worked hard to do well in this work, to help students of all grades spend the summer holiday safely and happily.
