On August 20, the School of Sports Science and Physical Education launched an online "cloud home visit" activity for 2021 freshmen.

The purpose of the conference is to learn about students' family situations and practical difficulties caused by COVID-19 and heavy rain through online communication;so as better to serve the education management and funding work of students.

The home visit is divided into five parts: self-introduction, teacher's speech, lecture on NNU's funding policy, speech to first-year students, and Q&A from first-year students. It enables the 2021 freshmen to have a clearer and definite cognition of their college life, and provides help for students to make good academic planning and development goals.

"Cloud home visit" is an effective channel for the college to promote reform and innovation, implement talent training, and meet the needs of new students. It is one of the essential measures to carry out the management of freshman entrance education under the background of epidemic prevention and control; and lays a solid foundation for the follow-up education and teaching work.
