Brief Introduction of the Speaker:

Zhang Qinghua, male, born in Hejian, Hebei Province in October 1951, is a college graduate. He has served as Director of the General Office of the Hebei Provincial Committee, Deputy Director of the General Office of the Provincial Government and Deputy Secretary-General of the Provincial Government. He retired from the Hebei Provincial Council for the Promotion of Trade (at the department level).

He mainly focus on collecting and researching revolutionary historical documents related to the history of the CPC, especially those overseas, which accounting for 80%.

He has published more than 100 articles in several magazines: "Documents of Party ", "Studies of Soviet", "Articles about Party History", "Chinese Coins" and "Friends of Leaders".

He has participated in many seminars held by organizations as following:

the History of the Founding of the CPC and the Preserved Archives and Documents in

Russia Seminar in Jiaxing Zhejiang;

the Edition of Mao Zedong's Works and Their Classification seminar in Shanghai;

Li Dazhao researching Seminar in Tangshan, Hebei;

the Construction and Development of Local Documents Resources Forum in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei;

Mao Zedong Library Seminar in Shaoshan, Hun.

He is the Deputy Editor of Yanzhao Revolutionary Documents Excellent Atlas, Hebei Provincial Library; Consultant of Anti-Japanese War Historical Archives Photo Collection organized by Hebei Provincial Archives Bureau .
