On December 17, 2018, the opening ceremony of the training course for the innovation of young teachers about "Literary Arts" professional courses of colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province was held in SuiYuan.Professor Fu Kangsheng(the vice-Chancellor of our school),Ma Bin(the director of the Teacher Division of the Education Department of Jiangsu Province)and 53 young liberal arts teachers from the provinces attended the ceremony.The opening ceremony was hosted by Zhang Jie(the secretary of the school of teacher Education).

President Fu Kangsheng delivered a speech on behalf of the school.He pointed out that young teachers are the backbone of school development.Through this training, we must learn nutrients in teaching and research and gain the motivation for professional development.He hopes that we cherish the learning opportunities and listen carefully to the expert lectures.We must actively participate in activities and cherish training opportunities.Follow your heart and keep moving in order to improve our teaching innovation and the capabilitiy of innovation.

 

Ma Bin(the director of the Teacher Division of the Education Department of Jiangsu Province) submitted training requirements to the students.He hopes that young teachers will improve their ability about teaching, research, technology development through this training.Young scholars must use the training platform to help each other and strive for good development in this subject area.

 

Liu Jian (Professor of the school of teacher education) explained the training course plan on behalf of the training organization.Jia Fei (teacher from Nantong University) gave a speech on behalf of all the trainees.

During the one-week training, the experts brought an audio-visual feast to the students with profound academic knowledge and vivid teaching language.Young teachers benefit a lot and learn a lot.This lecture is rich in content.It involves many fields such as cultivate students' moral quality, ideology, teaching methods and scientific research guidance.In addition to this wonderful lecture, the training course also carried out observations, group discussions and academic salons.Young teachers have increased their knowledge and inspired their thinking through this lecture.

 

The training course ended on the afternoon of December 22.At the closing ceremony,Ye Zhong (Dean of the school of teacher education) summarized the training courses.He believes that this training course is rich in content and diverse in form.Our students are serious and have a good attitude.So we have achieved good training results.He also hopes that young professional teachers should be calm and modest.So they can concentrate on development to achieve greater teaching results.Sun Hui (teacher from Nanjing Arts Institute) delivered a speech as the representative of the student.She believes that this training is very relevant to the practical needs of teachers of liberal arts colleges.The lecture has both advanced theoretical guidance and excellent method guidance.She also exchanges thoughts with different teachers from different school.This has benefited her a lot.She made it clear that after returning to school, she will reflect and summarize the results of this training and implement it into specific innovation activities in teaching and research.
