On the evening of March 19th, the classmates of the Sophomore-grade English teacher class launched "The Most Beautiful Expectation" psychological group-assisted activity in the 202 classroom of Xuezheng Building. The activity was hosted by the psychological meteorologist Xie Yutong, Gao Xiuyang, and all the students from the English class participated. The event aims to improve class cohesion and solidarity and help students set goals.

The event is divided into three parts, which are made up of several games in series. First of all, in order to introduce this theme, the psychological meteorologists designed the "alarm clock bomb" game. Finally, the alarm clock rang in the hands of Zhou Yating. She walked onto the platform and described her future goals. Through this opportunity, the students also wrote down their expectations and goals for the future on paper. Secondly, in order to improve mutual understanding, the students carried out the "COPY not out of shape" and "Hands in the chain" game.

 

In the "COPY not out of shape" session, students used body language to convey information to each other. The exaggerated movements of the students and the wrong movements in the process of transmission caused bursts of laughter. Finally, three groups successfully guessed the idioms. In the "Hands in the chain" game, both groups of students quickly found their teammates, unlocked the chain by changing their own actions, and successfully completed the task.

 

Finally, the psychological meteorologist asked the students to write down their ten identities on paper, and by deleting them continuously, and finally leaving the most important one, to identify the most important identity in their minds. Through this session, the students have a deeper understanding of their identity, so they add or modify the goals that were originally written and fold them into different shapes, thousand paper cranes, paper boats. Students hoped that it could take their goals to the distance. In the music sound, the whole class took a group photo and ended the psychological group-assisted activity.

 

This activity not only enhanced the exchanges and understanding between the students, but also enhanced the cohesiveness of the class, making everyone have a clearer and deeper understanding of their goals.
