On the evening of April 25th, the Teacher Education College of Nanjing Normal University conducted a career planning lecture at 307 Xueming Building, Xianlin Campus. The lecture was lectured by the two students of the subject of teaching (biological) Deng Huiwen and the subject of teaching (English) Gao Rong, and some graduate students of the 2018 Teacher Education College participated in the lecture. The lecture is intended to share the experience of the exams of four districts in Nanjing, the experience of school recruitment, to guide the 18-level graduate thinking and life planning, to determine the direction for future development, and provide corresponding strategic guidance.

The first session is the subject teaching (biological) test and the experience of school recruitment. Deng Huiwen shared the internship experience, the test and the recommendations. First of all, Deng Huiwen suggests that during the internship in the next six months, we will actively communicate with the internship school and the instructor, and strive for the opportunity of class. The class during the internship can adapt to the platform and grow faster. Next, she detailed the Nanjing test preparation process from the written test and interview, suggesting that everyone arrange the planning for the winter and summer vacation time, and prepare the test in advance. At the same time, she reminds the biological students that the amount of questions in the examination is large and involves the knowledge of the middle and high school. It is necessary to fully prepare and strengthen the speed of the problem. Finally, she made some suggestions and reminders to the graduate students of the 18-level biology major from the city selection, planning intentions, integrity issues and data submission.

The second session is the subject teaching (English) test and the experience of school recruitment. Gao Rong explained from the introduction of the examination, the summary of the examination and the notes of the examination. First of all, Gao Rong introduced the overall situation of the Nanjing teacher preparation examination. Next, I shared with you the recruitment and recruitment requirements of various high school English teachers in Nanjing in recent years. Then, Gao Rong shared her own test process and real questions, reminding everyone to do a good time planning and practice the lessons repeatedly. Finally, Gao Rong and the postgraduate English majors have had a lively interaction, and they have answered in detail the questions about the examination, the school, the papers and the civil servants.
