On the evening of April 26th, special lectures on career planning lectures of Chinese, Chemistry and Biology were successfully held in room 204 of Xueming Building. This lecture invited Tang Xiaonan, a student of subject teaching (language), Chen Gan, the subject of teaching (chemistry), and Cheng Lusi, a student of subject teaching (biology). They brought relevant experience and suggestions to the students in the exams of four districts, and  18 graduate students also participated in the lecture.

The first sharer was Tang Xiaonan. She pointed out that it is necessary to determine the career direction of the students as soon as possible, and to prepare in advance in a more targeted manner. Then, she introduced in detail the process, main content and preparation for the test in the four districts of Nanjing. In preparation for the time, the Nanjing test preparation began to register in late November, and the examination was conducted at the end of December or early January of the same year. In terms of mentality, everyone must have the courage, because even with a slight mistake, there are opportunities for testing in Qixia District and Yuhuatai District. After that, the school sister also briefly introduced the school recruitment situation in Su Xichang and other places, including written examinations and interviews. Finally, it is recommended that the 18th grade graduates should complete the thesis in the summer vacation. After the start of the school, they will focus on the internship and prepare for the review.

The second one was Chen Gan who shared the experience of Nanjing’s exams and gave some suggestions for the school’s interview. Regarding the examination, the seniors will tell from two aspects: written test content and interview preparation. The written test is divided into two parts: basic public knowledge and subject professional knowledge. The seniors have made a very detailed introduction to the contents of these two parts from the examination of what, how to test and how to review. At the same time,he also lists many test questions, analyzes the types and characteristics of the questions, and provides the methods and techniques needed to answer various questions. Regarding the interview, the headmaster of the school talks about own experiences and provided some common themes. Finally, the seniors sum up the sharing with Jiang Min’s words and made very pertinent suggestions for teaching.

The third one Cheng Lusi  shared the experience of the school recruits, from the perspective of obtaining the information of the school recruiting information, the time of school recruitment, the form of school recruitment and the examination related. You can get relevant information through class group notifications, class committee sharing, or through some personal channels, such as the School Employment Office, Wenwu Recruitment Network, and Huatu Teacher Recruitment. The school recruits generally begin in mid-October, with the Changzhou area first, followed by Wuxi, Suzhou, and Nanjing. Sister Xue pointed out that when choosing a school, you should not sign too early and sign too early. You can go to several schools to conduct interviews and try to accumulate experience. At the same time, the school sister also detailed the school form and made recommendations from the aspects of preaching, online registration and production of resumes, and listed the documents that need to be prepared. After that, she introduced the test content from the written test and interview. The written test is mainly for the college entrance examination. The interview includes the forms of no class, class, explanation and structured interview. Finally, she made several suggestions based on the above content, and patiently answered the questions of the students.

After the lecture, the 18th grade graduates still discussed more questions to the seniors. In this lecture, the seniors of the seniors explained the details and rich content.
