The Preliminary Competition of "Internship Alliance" of the School of Teacher Education was successfully held
On the evening of November 21, the preliminary competition of "Internship Alliance" hosted by the League Committee of Teacher Education College and sponsored by the Academic Development Center of Teacher Education College was successfully held in Xianlin Campus of Nanjing Normal University. Liberal arts and science specialties were located in Classroom 314 and Classroom 310 of Xuezheng Building, respectively.

This contest had been fortunate to have invited the lecturer of the School of Teacher Education, Dr. Feng Tianyi, a psychology doctor at Nanjing Normal University, Guo Chaoming, a graduate student of 18 subject teaching majors, and Hua Lefei, a 15th grade Chinese language and literature major, as judges. The Science Field had the honor to invite Wang Tianrui, a 17th-level counselor of the School of Teacher Education, the first prize winner of the 5th Jiangsu Normal University Skills Competition, and the 17th-level subject (physical) graduate student Zeng Haitao and 18th-level teaching (Ideological and Political) professional graduate student Guo Jiale, as judges.
At the beginning of the competition, the host first introduced the judges of the competition and briefly explained the rules of the competition. Then, the players entered the venue in turn, and they gave a comment about five minutes on their topic. After each player's commentary was completed, the judges asked questions and gave some constructive comments. The contestants presented a splendid speech to the judges because of their diverse topics, rich content and novel design. Among them, the No. 2 contestant of the liberal arts field introduced the theme of the classroom with interesting case analysis, which quickly attracted the attention of the judges. She received unanimous praise from the judges on the spot for her rigorous and orderly classroom design and vivid explanation. After all the players had finished their speeches, the staff counted the judges 'scores and selected 10 students with the highest scores to enter the finals.

The "Internship Alliance" competition gave the interns an opportunity to exercise and show themselves. This activity is conducive to helping juniors who are about to graduate and go to the teacher's post to improve the ability of teaching plan design and classroom control, and to enhance the professional quality of teachers. We believe that the 10 outstanding students who entered the finals will present more exciting performances in the finals! (School of Teacher Education: Liu Lirong)
