According to the relevant requirements of the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Assessment of 2018" and the "Notice on Carrying out the Responsibility of the Leading Group and Middle-Level Leaders of the Second-Level Units in 2018".On the afternoon of January 7, the school of the teacher education held the 2018 annual faculty meeting at SuiYuan.The leadership of the college conducted a thought report.At the same time, the college concentrated on the annual assessment of all teachers.The meeting was hosted by Zhang Jie (the secretary of the school of teacher education).All the teachers of the college participated in this meeting.

The meeting was divided into two phases.In the first stage,Ye Zhong (the dean of the school of teacher education), made a report on the dedication of the college leadership team.In 2018, the party committee of the college earnestly implemented the internship in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Finally, they learned to understand the spirit of the National Education Conference.In order to achieve the goal of building a high-level university with international influence.The college adheres to the student-based philosophy and develop the morality of students.The college has further promoted the excellent teacher training program, reformed and innovated the teacher education and training model.At the same time,we highlighted the characteristics of teacher education and contributed to the realization of the six key projects of the 13th Five-Year Plan for the development of our school.

In 2018, all aspects of our hospital have been fruitful.In the whole year, 30 normal students participated in various skill competitions at or above the provincial level. Among them, the students of the Provincial Normal Students' Basic Skills Competition won the first prize and the first prize rate in the province.8 dissertations won the provincial excellent papers. The number of graduate students participating in provincial skill competitions has reached 58.We also won the second prize of the 15th National Normal University Joint Conference on the reform of the teacher education reform practice case, which highlights the advantages of our school's teacher education.School teachers published research papers and hosted projects to achieve fruitful results.One person won the first prize of the national education professional degree, and one person won the second prize of the first national education professional degree case teaching contest.The college successfully carried out the pilot project of the primary and secondary school teachers of the Ministry of Education, the work of the joint school continued to advance and achieved practical results.

 

The second phase of the meeting will focus on the deliberation of each branch.All middle-level cadres participated in the second phase of the meeting and conducted remarks.Later, the teachers also carefully conducted the deliberation review.After the end of the debriefing, the annual assessment working group of the college held a meeting.The college conducted democratic appraisal on the basis of personal summary and public debriefing, finally determined the assessment results.
