In order to establish effective platform for those who applied for Red-flag committee and to provide a chance for mutual learning, 2018 Red-flag evaluation conference of Nanjing Normal University was held in Fangfei house, Xianlin Compus. Wang Xin, the secretary of Youth League Committee of Teachers’ Education School; Li Xiaoliang, the 2015 class’s instructor; Tianrui Wang, the 2017 class’s instructor and Xiaoyue Gao, the instructor of post graduate students presented the conference on behalf of the Committee of the School. Among them, Wang Xin and Li Xiaoliang are in charge of the report.

In the beginning of the report, two teachers briefly introduced the number of Youth League members, working system, cases of activities and rewards. Then two teachers introduced “1+2+3” method of working systematically. First, “1” stands for one focus——focus on the lead of mind and faith. The Youth League Committee of Teachers’ Education School insists in placing the dream and mind of normal students and the education of status of teachers in the first place. They instruct from both online and offline to unify the thoughts. Two platforms are completed——academic and practical. First, establish the study style platform and pay attention to the whole condition. Tutor System is completed and the establishment of learning branch is promoted. Normal students’ technique competition is actively held to show teacher’s style. Second, widen the social service platform with the motto of combining knowledge and practice. At last, “3” stands for three cultures: richen campus civilization, grow creative culture and online media culture. They endeavor to build academic and creative atmosphere and widen the field of online publicity.

This evaluation conference further promote the establish of basic system of the Youth League and push the work to a new stage. The School’s committee will continue to dig deeper “1+2+3” method. The role of Youth League in raising talents will be more important.
