Personal Introduction
Zhu Aihua, Professor of Teacher Education College of Nanjing Normal University, second-level teacher of ZhengSenior High School, supervisor of postgraduate students, Director of Jiangsu Institute of Cross-border Learning. Jiangsu Special Grade Teacher, "the Most beautiful Teacher in Jiangsu Province", Jiangsu Province "333" talent training object, Jiangsu Province people's educator training object, Jiangsu Province famous principal studio host, National Top Ten modern principals, academic member of the Professional Committee of Primary and Middle School Overall Reform of Chinese Society of Education, won the fourth Mingyuan Education Award. He advocates the education concept of "Dacheng Education" and proposes the teaching idea of "Dacheng Chinese". After more than 20 years of deep cultivation of "cross-border learning method", he has won the special prize of Jiangsu Province Teaching Achievement and the first prize of National basic Education teaching achievement.
